Let’s face it, not all candidates we interview are marketable. We meet each candidate via in-person
or virtual interview (Skype or Facetime) to thoroughly understand their background.
Our screening process concludes after conducting two supervisory professional references from the candidates most recent jobs. We exclude current employer references for obvious reasons.

Any and all offers from our client is expected to be presented to us.
We will then work with our candidates to cover any negotiation points should there be any.
